We are not blind to technological changes: Cwele

You may not be blind to it, but you're all too busy trying to figure out how to make money off it that you constantly just fsck it up.

“The National Development Plan calls for an e-literate society by 2030. Among the priorities it highlights is the improving the quality of education, skills development and innovation,” the minister said.

All talk and no action is the legacy of the the brainless Zuma and cadres. Budgets are created to be abused and skimmed for private gain. He added that 2014 was the first time both President Zuma’s State of the Nation Address and his Response to the Debate were streamed live on YouTube.
