They have made it no secret that they never listen to their customers.

It pains me to say this, but you are absolutely right.

They bled a lot of customers to Cell C and Telkom Mobile in particular. On top of that, the top brass awarded themselves handsome bonuses. They failed to adapt to market conditions. MTN should know that it is important that you retain your client basis. Once gone, it is hard to get them back. Myself had many contracts at MTN a while ago but I am not interested to do business with them anymore.
