I'm incompetist too . Simple fact, majority of the country, specifically our government is black and to put it mildly they have messed up more than once and many of them abuse their positions to benefit themselves so criticizing that isn't racist, it's incompetist!

I think we should try to get that word officially recognised as a real English word.
