We will not pay for e-tolls - bikers

Tembakazi Mnyaka. . . “When e-tolling kicks in, you will be surprised at how little your pocket has been affected — and wonder what the fuss and noise was all about”.

I think she might have been 100% correct. Most people I know who live in Gauteng's pockets haven't been affected at all. They didn't register for e-tolling and ignore the spam/phishing SMS' and e-mails and faithfully recycle the paperwork from Sanral. In all honesty, not many of them have received any invoices/statements from Sanral.

hey, that's my pic! :D

sorry RPM that article fails to mention the thousands of cars that were also involved in the protest

Are bikes being charged the same as cars for E-tolls because that was always the big problem.

The impression aka damage to the roads that bikes make is pretty much non-existent so the argument was always that they shouldn't pay or at the very least pay much less than cars.
