I signed up for the 45GB capped account last week (which has been running well) but I was unable to do the online signup because the "Order Now" links for the various packages on your Home Capped ADSL page seemed to be broken so one of your call center agents had to register an account on my behalf.

That being said I just had a look and the "Order Now" links are still not working and the "Log In" link to your Customer Zone also seems to broken. I was told I would be able to manage my profile and view my data usage via the Customer Zone but I can't even get to the login page at his stage.

Please advise.

No problems on our site at the moment and it could be a browser issue. What browser you using?

Did your PC perhaps go into a sleep mode?

The download plus runs everyday including weekends from 12-6am. Check out the KB article link here.

webAfrica i phoned you about my IP problem? and then i phoned you anther time to apologise for blaming it on you or iS i scanned my pc with Zemana Anti malware and that found malicious remnants in trusted files. WELL i still have a Slow internet problem ESET said my pc is clean {LIE} AVG 2015 Internet security {LIE} ..... NEVER Click on a FAKE Steamcommunity Page and open a "Steamguard.exe" this Stupid Scammer VIRUS is ruining my Internet optimization settings. currently scanning my pc with Ad-Aware TOTAL Security 2015 x64 Custom scan with Aggressive Filtering this is going to take 3 hours and a half.

Phhhhhhhheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeew its great to be on the BUSINESS UNCAPED SHAPED DSL Pro 1 Mb/s
 
LTE devices won't connect due to bad network quality.

WA support seems to be deteriorating again. Bloody recorded messages going on and on but nobody on duty.

I signed up for a new account and set it to activate next month. Just wondering when I will receive my new details. Will they send it at 12:01 or something?

I subscribed on 29th Sep, got my login detail on 1st Oct at 00:57.

However I am quite amazed that they still have me on their system since 2010. :whistle:

Try Malwarebytes anti malware.
 
Must say im enjoying the performance on their network. All my league of legends games are sub 190ms and sometimes as low as 182ms. All streaming has been awesome, running at high or source!

Hi I'm back at wa must say so far so good loving the streaming. Hope things stay good like this. Using the capped account. A lot better than the other provider I was with a bit more expensive but good experience so far
 
You have no idea. All I wanted was something that works. To get what I paid for nothing less nothing more. I'll happily keep paying more if I get the service I paid for

My new account deets are loaded into router. Will test the network tonight. I have been using the free account before this and have been happy with the online gaming performance. Let's see how it goes.
