Yes, I have the same issue: last tracker update at 7PM last night. I do hope we don't repeat last month's fiasco.
 
Currently showing usage for the 4th, I guess they are busy updating the usage stats again.

Thsi morning I have not been able to streem internet radio without lots of buffering. Anyone else battling with speeds?

10 meg, capped, Durban
 
Thanks to Mujeeb and the support guys for helping me with my capped account. I appreciate your time and the work you are doing to get things sorted.
 
I have a 10 meg line, capped account.

Busy with a DL from news servers right now and managing a staggering 3% line speed.

I know this is a best service effort, but if this is the best WA can do on a capped account, then their service really is terrible. On the odd occassion I might want to do a DL during the day, even though I am on a capped account, I really don't have much chance at all.
 
This sounds bad... Just signed up with WA but no telkom line yet... They only activate beginning of November. Hope I can cancel without complications

What Isp would you guys recommended?Heard axcess is great but capped plans looks bit pricey.

Just need to stream etc and telkom coverage map says 4mbs and apparently vdsl available .

Any advice would be a great help. Complete noob.

VOX or Crystal web generally have a good reputation
 
Been offered wireless by a parter of vox telecom.

Apparently they need line of sight to a tower an use tech 5...haven't heard of it

Anyway 24month contract R600 uncapped 4meg with router. He says its fine for streaming and if they dont get 4mbps contract cancells.

Does any have experience with this package?

i have quoted you to get your attention. i want you to lower prices of business uncapped 10 mb/s and higher speeds. i want to sign up but thats alot for uncapped dsl
