Web Africa ADSL general feedback

My WA Business CAPPED account is f u c k e d too. Something has been wrong for several days now....
 
Think it's time to head back to Afrihost. Been using their free account since I've been capped. Seems more stable than WA.

4/10mb used to be one product (fastest) @ R425. Then they upgraded the minimum speed (1mb fast) and split 4 (faster (old 2mb)) and 10mb (fastest).

The highest speed I could get in my area was 4mb, so I had to cough up and pay the 10mb price. When they split the products, they continued charging me 10mb prices even though they could only provide me with 4 (exchange limitations).

I decided the price difference wasn't worth be trying to deal with 10210. Then I moved house, and was pleased to see 10mb speed, and now recently bumped to 12 with the option to go to 20mb.

So the point I'm trying to make, if that you thought you had a 4mb line from back in the day but have been paying for 10mb, then the exchange got upgraded?
