Keep in mind that its IS's news server and not WA's.
I've stopped using free new servers (IS). Very slow and has become useless. Has nothing to do with WA.

What account do you have with WA? I only use Business Capped. Was on Bitlord a few minutes ago. "Backing up" at more than 835 KBs. 4Mb Line managed by WA with Telkom SASSIA flagged.
Business uncapped 100gb.

Which is it? Cannot be uncapped AND 100Gb....I assume capped. Then the issue is with your Exchange.

My line speeds are all over the place throughout the day. I can't download anything between 7 and 10pm. They are definitely shaping my line. Currently looking at jumping ship soon.
Webafrica is terrible cant even login to their website to log a support ticket.... thats how much they shape your line. They give you this dribble about star rating....which when you read tells you that downloads/browsing will perform slower. What they dont tell you is that the service doesn't work at all.
When you do phone the call center all you get is bla bla bla lets reset port. (Call center operator crosses fingers and hopes it resolves issue or they off shift by the time the stupid consumer calls back to get a hold of a new operator).

Unfortunately I think he is the only person who deals with this kind of thing. So maybe he is away or on holiday.
Can anyone share their experience wrt capped and business uncapped? On Axxess atm and very disappointed, Facebook needs a few refreshes before it even loads. Swapped over because WA charges R75 more a month for a 20meg line, but thinking of taking my data back to WA.

WA is the biggest nonsense. It feels they even shape my capped data.
They so I've been experiencing it the last couple of months. They definitely shape capped data.

Capped accounts are line-speed independent. What protocol are you using for the transfer? Check the KB link in my previous post.
