I am at a lose with what to do with WebAfrica. They are billing me for a line upgrade that is not active. I have no way of getting support from them. The whatapp chat is a waste of time when it works. But now i am stuck in an endless loop of it asking me to rate the service. Facebook is also a waste of time as they just say they will call you and they never do.
I'm locked into an account and no way to get any support. I got an email this morning saying that their complaints email address is not manned and that i must go to Whatsapp. Yet that complaints email is in their TnCs...
Is there nothing that can be done ? How has no one at My BB done an article on our absolutely rubbish their support is ?
Am at the point where I'm just going to take the financial knock to get away from them.
