I was given a "test account" by support in order to diagnose connection problems I was having.
I then started receiving bills for this "test account"
It has taken me 2 months of back and forth with WA and they will not fully refund me because they say I "used data" on the account - which I did - (it was a 5gb account) - since it was a TEST ACCOUNT (not ordered by me but created by their so-called support team) - but they now refuse to acknowledge this.
My time with WA is about to come to and end.
The original support response where I was "given" the account

Thank you very much for all the tests you have provided thus far.
The fact that the WA test account's speed was fine indicates a definite issue with the original. I have provided you with a Home ADSL 5GB + 10GB account for last required testing purposes.

Please use these details once your original account indicates slow access. This will give us when the test account is working at full speed while the original isn't.
I apologize for all the trouble, but we need all the results to pinpoint exactly what and where the issue is.
I hope you find this to be of interest.
Best regards,

I then received a bill for this test account and immediately requested cancellation. This was not forthcoming and the billing continued for another two months.
After requesting cancellation i recieved this on 26 Jan 2015:
Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
I have sent through an immediate cancellation on this account.
I will also log the credits for the amounts billed for the 5gb packages.
Please do allow 24-48hrs for this to reflect.
Thanking you kindly.
Kind Regards,
XXX
And now finally after two months of me trying to get cancellation this reply from them today:
I had a look and can confirm its a R39 credit you are referring to. The credit were only approved for the months of Feb and March
but not for Jan 2015.
Our Billing department has decline the credit note due to there being 4.1GB data used.
We apologize for the inconvenience caused
So - avoid WA unless you enjoy being billed for "support" !
