Web Africa probably receives less information and updates than you, if fibre is still busy being rolled out in your area. What is the status of the roll-out in your area? If Openserve is still busy with it, then maybe rather pop them an email and ask when their target completion date is. From that date, add 6 weeks for them to process their installation backlog.
Buddy of mine ordered his Fibre last October from WebAfrica as there was a rollout in his area in Midrand. 2 Weeks ago he was told "Right we are ready and coming to install, please be home" and since then... nothing. 12 calls have promised to be returned and NADA. WebAfrica cannot to squat because the status is "waiting install" or some such. They are happy to take your order but dust their hands of the issue until installed and handed back over to them. So I agree with Yster21, they know less than you do.
Same issue ordering vumatel through them, albeit I have much less patience, after 2 weeks, I ordered directly via vumatel who installed it the following week. That said still having other issues getting the line working but ya..
