I have a web cam " logitech quickcam express go" and i am running windows 7 64bit. The thing is, i was on there site and i download the driver, but when i run it, there is no next button and it says i must click on "I agree" for the licenses. So that is how far the program goes. Any one with the same Problem.

I want to use my web cam as a CCTV camera

if the agreement is very long, try scrolling down to the bottom, click "i agree" and see how it goes..

The thing is there is no scroll down bar. if i know how i can upload the photo then i could show.

So I download, from logitech's site, for the quickcam express
qc848enu.exe ~23mb

from here http://www.logitech.com/en-gb/435/3403?softwareid=968&osid=1&section=downloads

once the thing extracts, it goes to the first bit, welcome to blahblah, I click next.
I get to the license agreement, two radio buttons, I accept, and I do not accept. "next" button is currently greyed out.
When I click on "i accept" the "next" button becomes active.

so, may not help, but it works for me.

Apart from your obvious driver issue, what software are you planning on using for the job?

I have read on other forums that you can use the webcams software. Its build into the software.
