Web developer needed for front-end development

Hi everyone

I am looking for an experienced web developer to convert a mockup design to a responsive web page using Bootstrap 4, CSS, HTML, JS.

It's basically just getting the matching layout and look from the design template which includes a slide out navigation menu, dropdown for user settings and some forms in the main content area that contain some user data fields.

The logo, color codes and font used will be provided. No hookup of backend data is required.

Why Bootstrap 4? Bootstrap 5 is the newest version. I can do this job for you, doesn't sound too hard.
