You have a domain on a top level domain: william1102.co.za or william1102.com as an example.
You need someone to 'host' your domain and serve your content. Such as the website or your email services.
The host provides a control panel. There are a few available in the wild. The most common being Cpanel, DirectAdmin and Plesk.
You have the option in your designated control panel to install website tools like Wordpress and manage all other areas of a specific domain.
You can manage your SEO and SEM in these panels. You can install and configure free php scripts and the list goes on.
It sounds like you lack some experience with all of this. I sincerely hope you are able to manage these client services without any major incidents. Hosting support doesn't mean a host has to develop your software or fix your Wordpress theme.
You will get no joy from any host when asking for support that does not pertain to your service with them.
Edit: WordPress hosting is specifically optimised for WordPress. Standard shared hosting allows for more flexibility, but is slightly more expensive.
A dedicated server or dedicated hosting is sold for business clients that host large applications, large databases and specific business solutions (too many to list).
If the client is a large entity with many projects, systems and platforms, then they would be on a dedicated solution.
You also have cloud hosting options, but before you attempt to go down that road, you need to build your knowledge and experience. It won't take a few days. Be prepared for years of learning ahead of you.
If the host provides email accounts with the WordPress hosting, then you need to decide which one you prefer.
