Signal strength is not the only factor that affects browsing speed.
Connection Quality is more important (usually a percentage) - can you see these figures on your CPE device?
I have called your support sooooo many times, as well as the local agent.
From the first day I have had this problem and the local guys even moved my router to the other end of the house. Still no improvement.
I got another router from the local agent. Still no improvement.
I recently converted my router with a 24db grid dish but still no improvement.
I added staywires to my antenna. Still no improvement.
The local guys are welcome to come and have a look but will I have to pay for this call-out?
