Vuma is becoming like Esdom.
Not reliable anymore.

It’s whole most of the east rand, seeing gripes from people as far as germiston

Willing to put money on its Ekhuruleni that hit a cable or something

its bizarre , but yes, im also on Vumatel Trenched

I am having the same issues, some sites are not reachable, but via lte it is.

i can log into my office, and open sites from there with no issue as well via rdp,

Evening, i thought it had been too quiet around these parts. We've picked up an issue with one of our PEs. we're re-routing traffic, things should be back to normal in a few.

Agreed. Also why I moved 3 of my business lines to them.

Thanks for your patience. The immediate workaround was quick and we've managed to resolve the issue on the affected device. Apologies, bringing the device back online wasn't as hitless as planned and caused a brief drop.

Oh, Next March, when our Vodacom contract is up on our fttb , I’ll be moving out company line to you guys as well ( link africa line, seems it just needs pppoe credentials?) , both my directors, most of my family , and a lot of staff have been switched and all super happy with the service !!

That's great to hear, let me know sooner to the time and will make sure it's a smooth transition. There is a VLAN change for LA, but we can manage this.
