Web sQuad ISP - Feedback Thread #2

Fine here as well. Have been struggling like crazy with international sites, of course. But if I vpn to the office and access from there it’s super fast. Thats on Liquid. So not sure what routes they use, but it’s pretty awesome.

We're seeing some signs of congestion on equiano and eassy bound paths. It will take a few days while networks rebalanced across what's left. Also remember that a lot of international traffic is actually locally peered, so at this point their remaining capacity is also a factor.

I’m dreading tomorrow , Vodacoms business/ link africa was a total clusterfork this afternoon, still is :(

I think their terrestrial paths are helping a bit here. Good to know. We'll chat to our upstreams and see what their plans are here.

that will be kind of you,

im waiting for our 24 months to be over with them so i can move on, this crap of them dicking around with their router for 2 days, when the LOS light is on drives me nuts ( not now, but in the past) will bug you in the morning :)
 
this morning was still a bit bumpy, but as of 30 minutes ago, smoothed out on vcb, we were sitting with a ping of 180 to 8.8.8.8, but its back to our usual 7 now :)

I think a few of the cloud vendors are making some internal changes to their ends as they rebalance traffic.

Definitely sluggish, funny enough, my vodacom drama is over for now , I can connect to my office fairly quick , but the rest of the internet feels like dialup
 
Been trying to update an app via the appstore for the last hour lol. This is going to be a tough few days ahead
