Very weird, where are you seeing the drops?
Evening, so further testing showed it was the middle east server being iffy, switching to EU , and issues went away, that said, the last few days have been fine again on Middle east, so im going to drop this as a Epic Games issue (:

I must still mail you back about my company's fibre, im sirry i havent gotten back to you yet, its just been THAT crazy

Don't worry, I'm still wondering how we reached June this quickly. Let me know when you're ready and we'll get you sorted.

Glad to hear that the issue has been resolved on the gaming front
 
I am moving to a new home and am looking at moving from the current ISP and was considering Websquad however I have a few requirements:

No CGNAT - I run a homelab and while I can work around it with workarounds and VPN's I don't want to.
Own router allowed - I would prefer to run my own mikrotik rather than get a free router.

Address has both openserve and TTConnect and openserve would be preferred.
Would Websquad be a good fit?
Openserve definitely your better option there. Public IPs and even static IPs if you need. Happy for you to use your own Mik. Drop me a PM if you have any more questions

Quick question,

My 2 directors who live in abbotsford lost connection today, apparently vumatel upgraded some equipment , and need to change the ONT’s

Calls were logged for it, typically how long does it take for vuma to sort it out? I’m being driven crazy with this

Evening, Vuma have been very quick at replacing ONTs (same day or next day). Apologies, the comms on this from Vuma haven't been great.
 
Anyone else's Openserve just gone down in PTA?

Edit: ticket logged #322207. Also logged on Openserve app - it also picked up a fault there.
