We've logged a fault/query with SAIX, however as of yet are still awaiting a response as to what might have happened.

I had the same problem at my office this morning line port changed so i could only access WA site. A quick call to WA and and got them to disable DSLSecure and I had the internet back.
I would also like to know what is causing this?
My office line is connected to the Barrack Street Exchange as AFAIK.
Telkom made a whole bunch of changes on thier network last night which changed port numbers... it's cause a whole world of trouble with DSL secure users.... should put a sticky on MyADSL for a while or something.
DOH, not that you're going to be able to browse MyADSL if your net isn't working.
