Dear WebAfrica.

I have been with you for over 10 years, and while mostly my internet has been stable, your service has been worse and worse until it’s is absolutely unbearable. Now when I am finally attempting to leave you, it’s seems you true colours are flying high.

All I would like is to leave your service and move on, no hard feelings, you just go be you and leave me in peace. Why then, in what universe do you believe that preventing my early migration is giving you any chance of retaining, or ever getting me back as a customer? Why do you believe that terrible service can be fixed by giving me a 50% discount on my rates.. are you losing so many customers that you have to keep me a single home user hostage for one more month?

There is no reason to stop my migration, I even offered to pay you the last month, for free.. imagine that, you can save on giving terrible service and still collect.. but no..

I just want to go, please let me.

Webafrica service is crazy terrible nowadays. I've been in the support queue for 3 days and im very close to switching ISP because of it

I was with Webafrica. Experienced the same issue.

I made the choice to change ISP. Have never been happier. The stress it saves knowing I have a functional support system to interact with is great.
 
Yeah I really want to cancel it now but when I go to cancel it tells me I need to do a live chat to cancel and I'm just stuck I the queue on the live chat lol
 
thank heavens I'm paying them monthly via debit card subscription

... much easier to stop that cold than a debit order
