webafrica authenication issue

Same here!

They upgrading the auth server and it's gonna be out for another 30 mins or so according to the guy there. I checked in live chat.

Still waiting for the ticket to be answered though! So much for service!!! :(

There is currently a authentication problem on the dsl network, the technicians are attending to the fault.

So now I'm not sure if it's upgrades/maintenance or issue being fixed!

I hate it when companies can't communicate properly!
 
it's definitely authentication issues as this is from the wa forums

We currently experiencing a problem on our Radius servers, and adsl authentication, our technicians are working on getting this resolved.

Noooo, my International account (WA 1GB prepaid) isn't authenticating now. :( I'm using it with RouteSentry and it tells me the username/pass are not right! :(

EDIT. I take that back, it's working all of a sudden now.
 
Theres definitely something wrong, not only with the authentication thing. My international has been up and down the whole day.
