Why the hell would an ISP block a website.DagegeN stop bitching and go do your homework and understand how the ISP environment works in SA.2nd tier ISPs dont block /control anything.If there is a problem look at SAIX /IS not Web Africa.And why would an ISP like WA block 1 silly website ?
