This depends on your speed needs and what is being downloaded and how big the file is. Have you tried our 2GB free trial?

I'm on WA Capped + 20mbps line and everything's been superb for months. :love:
It's come to a point where you take it for granted that everything just works. Streaming, alles.

However, the last week or so things have slowed down significantly - basically I'm unable to stream Youtube 720 or 420p without constant buffering.

Speedtest while streaming (trying to) from Youtube:

So throughput is there, but just not for stuff I want.

Pretty much exactly the same here - still an issue for you?
 
There seems to be a problem with all IS based capped accounts.

I've used, WA, IS Ignite, Openweb:whistle: and Gridhost capped accounts. On all of them P2P is slow even during off-peak times.

I'm aware of maintenance being done today in za, which would explain current issues, so those battling right now, maybe check how things are going tomorrow. (My steaming/download problems started some weeks ago though)
