Same here. Can't connect to international email or ftp servers. WA prepaid.

Hi Guys,
We are currently experiencing intermittent international connectivity issues, SAIX has been made aware of it, however they have not as of yet posted anything on their side, so at the moment it's an unconfirmed outage. Should anything change however we will keep you all informed.

Open letter to WebAfrica:
I understand that you have been changing your system today. Doing that during a business day is most inconsiderate. You could have done this early morning or weekends.
Because of the regular disconnects I have had to restart many FTP sessions loosing dozens of MB each time.
I think it would be appropriate if we were credited with the usage for today.

PS. Did you perhaps intend to post this in this thread, as the international issues are not related to any updates on our side (this seems to be on Telkoms side, however we are waiting on confirmation):
