WebAfrica intl dead?

Tx for the offer Jeff. Webafrica support just came back to me. I was placed on test account which seems to run fine, while they resolve my actual account.
Let's give them a chance to look at it. I will update here once final conclusion is reached. Important at the moment is that my service is up and running fully on the interim.

Regards
Not exactly a solution per se, but have a look at what ports the trading data uses. Chances are you can set up QoS in the router to prioritize the trading data over http.

Or a software solution:

Thanks for the feedback Mortiiy :)
If you could still just drop me a PM with your client code details, I'd like to oversee the process and ensure that everything goes smoothly from our end.

Looks like it's either dead or just crawling at the moment. It's taken 30 minutes for me to get to 10% of a 4MB update off Xbox Live, and my paid Usenet server is going at 0.4 KB/s.

Dunno my downloads was going fine the whole night, specifically the times you guys posted.

http://heaven.za.net:81/graphs/iface/ether1-gateway/

Just after 3am my downloads finished. Just before 6am Haven S02E01 was released and added by Sickbeard to Sabnzbd. However I have a scheduled task to stop downloads at 6am which is why it stopped at 6am.

So dunno how you guys can say International was dead... this is a on a WA redafrica account.

I'm having problems with local and international on Red Africa package this morning as well. Had to switch over to Mweb to surf the internets.

Sent from my MB525

My connection is also at a stand still - Titan on 10meg line.

Well, yr solution would have worked, tx Havoc. Turns out my 1024 dsl line is maxing out my 512 data package. Throttling the stream prevents it. Why that would be an issue for an ISP to manage is beyond me.

I was given a test account, i have now been capped on it - lol.
My original business uncapped account now does not even allow me to the WA DSL console support centre. I am posting this via my cell.

I am very uncomfortable ranting like this as i am a positive-minded person, but this has tipped the scales for me.
Sorry Jeff, WA may have lost this one for you....

Dead as a door nail here. Got absolutely no international access.

Heya DAE_JA_VOO,

Please run a tracert to the following sites and post them up here or pass onto ADSL support so we can have a look at what's going wrong.

cnn.com
skynews.com

Feedback to the forum. My data package issues cannot be resolved by Webafrica by their own admission. My account closes 31st. Moving on.....
I will be managing my own prioritisation/throttling untill then..

Cheers
