That's one of the reasons why we're still seeing an enormous amount of BitTorrent traffic sucking up the bandwidth on UUNet's connection to Telkom's ATM network.

as I told you in one of my earlier posts. To protect your bandwith during office hours do packet AND port shaping and leave it open at night, holidays and weekends.

Thats the only emergency solution I can see at the moment, until the Telmafia finally succumbs to our pressure if ever....
