Goo dafternoon

I know this must be like the 1000000 post regarding this. I am firing DSTV and want to stream Netflix, Hulu plus and Amazon prime.

Most people tell me to just get a capped package to stream because of the speed, but is there a ISP that is truly uncapped if so who and if not which capped package?

My budget is around R850 incl line rental.

450 gb capped profile from Crystal Web..

I stream over 100gbs a month from netflix at medium/high quality, no buffering. Twitch runs without issue, on high, or source, as well as Netflix on another PC. 10mb DSL line, full throughput.

Eh, why is Openweb even an option? Stay far far away from those crooks
 
LOL @OpenWeb. WA treated me OK. CW seems better now if I look at the feedback thread.

Vox capped should be an option especially if their promotion is still available.
 
I stream Netflix quite happily on my Crystal Web Premium Uncapped and have found them better than Mweb (Uncapped Premium) and VOX (Capped) which I used extensively before.

The Premium News Server is also a nice bonus.

I flirted with FNB Connect recently just because the discount seemed like a good idea...and I think I used it less than 6 hours before requesting a refund (which still hasn't happened).

Crystal Web fired my account back up on a Saturday morning within 20 minutes of my sending an EMAIL. Great service.


If you want to take them for a spin, remind me to give you my referral code. It's like R10 off but every bit helps.

Thanks very much. I emailed Crystal web about their premium uncapped and that sounds like the best option for me. Will a 4 meg line be good enough to stream?
 
So far I've had my best experience with WebAfrica. I've been aaaaaall over. Afrihost, Openweb (this is a mind **** :confused:), Mweb and Cybersmart. Only I have yet to try is Crystalweb.
