WEBAFRICA/VUMA - Massive problems getting any service for a broken connection

Can anyone advice how i can actually get ANY assistance from this provider without being told to re-set the router. I have been without internet for days - it worked for half a day - then stopped again

DM their twitter account. The whatsapp bot is useless and will only end in frustration.
