I have had no internet for 8 days now. I have been told on numerous occasions that this error is being escalated and I am still sitting with no internet. WebAfrica keeps on saying they are in touch with Open Serve technicians, the open serve technicians keep alleging they call but they are not calling and calling the incorrect number after providing an alternative number. It is now day 8 and I can't talk to anyone on the phone, you can only chat via whatsapp to complain for the 50th time, every time they expediting the process and every day I have to log 3 more whatsapp complaints as I still have no fibre. I simply don't understand why a simple issue cannot be resolved effectively between 2 companies, I am so tired of begging every single day.
