Webcam broadcast

Hi

Does anyone know of an application (preferably a windows service application) that will simply turn the first available webcam into a broadcast feed? I mean over a certain tcp/ip port.

It should be able to install remotely, obviously already having the neccessary permissions.

Of course for educational purposes.
