My webmail account has been hacked or blocked. It says my password is wrong and if I try to reset the password they ask for last 4 digits of your ID. That is also not working. Even the email address and telephone number requested to send the reset password to, is not mine.
I have locked several support emails but received no response. The telephone number is also not working.
I need access to my emails as there is important document in there.
