Added the ubuntu server to w2k3 domain and now I cannot login to webmin, using any username or passwd???

Have you tried to login with domain\user or domain\\user ?
Also, how did you add the ubuntu server to the AD domain?

Done that, but to no avail.
Done the old fashion way, i.e. not using likewise.

Well problem sorted.
Created a user on the domain with the user that was setup during the installation of ubuntu.
Phew.
