Website builder software

Hi, I want to start a website for my business.
I stumbled across ehost.co.za and I like it as I am new to this. It is easy to use and it will allow me to change content when I like without needing any web design knowledge.

My question is: are there any other site builder services or software I can use? I googled but could not find any.

I would just like to see what else is available.

Cpanel has a site builder as well should be more than enough
