I use Joomla a fair amount, bit of a steep learning curve initially with the setup and then editing code, but worth it if you have the patience. You can develop some very eye catching and functional websites.

Hope I'm posting this in the right place.

Firstly I need a website of my own and don't have a clue how to do this. How do I go about this.

Can I create my own website?
Can I host the website om my PC at home?
