I have been checking up on my bandwidth useage at the sentech website regularly and it doesn't seem to be working as it seems stuck on 403MB, I know I have used more than that since the beginning of the week. Any other MyWi customers having the problem? I know its no use phoning or mailing geendraad either.

They might not have enough bandwidth to run the stats page?

I subscribed via NO WIRE. I called them and Sentech both of them have assured me it is working properly. I have had the same info displaying since the 3rd of Jan.

The fun part now is if you run over your cap because there system is not updating and then they charge you at 60c a meg. I have logged a call now with them asking them to look at it.

oh well, its our word against theirs and they will claim its working and we will claim it isnt, unfortunately when it comes to checking our bandwidth we are up the creek sans paddle. Where is the forumite that works for sentech? at least he will be able to help cos sentech and geendraad are not really interested.

If we have no way of checking our usage, surely we cant be expected to pay when we exceed the cap - some screenshots of the stats should do nicely :D

Unfortunately mine are updating just fine...

Well just from experimenting it was found that if you get an IP of 66.18 etc which was originally allocated to the 128k classic users you have no problem to the stats page.
256k uses could get on if they had an IP of 196.34 etc but we all know what that IP spells, so 256k users went for the 196.37 (ala MySignal v5.91) but then there were no stats.
Now they switch everyone over to flexi which is 256k (supposed to be) and of course the chances are you will be getting a 196.37 IP soooooo no stats.
But try and tell that to the "boffins"..... I talk to the trees....... :D
Please dont quote this in any replies.

Website is finally working again for me, first time since last week. Maybe our moaning did help and somebody listened. Thanks for the info too ProAsm, it is much appreciated.

My only solution to the broken stats page has been to uninstall the MyWireless Dialler removing everything, rebooting and reinstalling again. Very annoying

ProAsm , ever since I moved to the flexi (with effect from the 1st) , I've been connecting to 196.31.x.y .I also successfully manage to see my stats and they agree to a reasonable error margin with what NetMeter says

IE works

Yip guys, the only way that I get this infuriating website to work is to use IE. And then it is still not completely accurate but at least not that far off....
