Our sincerest apologies for the website downtime. We are away from the office this weekend and as luck would have it the problems will strike today...

Thanks a bunch to IC, Steve and others who assisted as well. Great to have guys like you as part of this website!

It seems the first database error started last night sometime at about the time when the power went off near Hetzner's data centre in Cape Town, so blaming Eishkom seems appropriate.

It seems the first database error started last night sometime at about the time when the power went off near Hetzner's data centre in Cape Town, so blaming Eishkom seems appropriate.

The main problem was indeed due to power failure from Eskom and then generator failure in the Hetzner data centre. The power failure then caused some other issues
