Website redirect loop error

Wonder if any experts could please assist with Chrome Browser Version 39.0.2171.95 m (64-bit) continuously rendering "The website has a redirect loop" on this website " http://www.windowsphone.com/en-us/store/featured-apps" please"
Internet Explorer does not present this problem. I use Chrome in preference to IE and cannot change at this moment.
Corrective remedies tried and all have failed.
Deleted ALL Browsing history.
Deleted ALL Cookies and Cache.
Reset Chrome Completely.

Safari just hangs after redirecting to the same page but with options:
https://www.windowsphone.com/en-us/store/featured-apps?signin=true

Does the same (us vs gb) as does going to the root and clicking "Apps" link to the above.

Firefox too:

The page isn't redirecting properly

Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete.

This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept cookies.

Thanks for all advise. It would appear the Ms is forcing us to use IE by excluding other Browsers

Thank you for your valued advise. It worked after clearing my Chrome's Cache.
