A km?! Brilliant!

It feels like my tummy is disappearing but I'm scared to get on the scale....

Bah. Too hell with the scale.

Your clothes and the mirror is all the feedback tools you need.

Why get hung up on a number when you look and feel great?

I also get upset when the kg's doesn't come down, but centimeters are just as important. At the gym they say that the centimeters goes down first and then the kg's. If your tummy is disappearing I think you are doing great.

I must actually stop being lazy and take some measurements.
And buy a belt :D

Guys I haven't been following this thread or posting here, but I think I can use the things you say. I started working on losing weight from February last year. From then, until September I lost 12kg and a lot of centimeters. I was gymming like a crazy woman, because I got married in September last year and I just had to look better. I still have 5kg to go to get to my goal. It is very frustrating as I keep hovering at 60kg. I haven't been on a scale for a awhile because I become discouraged and then I mess up because what is the use anyway? I seem to be losing centimeters. I also struggle with my tummy. People say that squats with weights will flatten your tummy. Some say that it is not direct concentration on your tummy that will flatten it, but it doesn't make sense to me. If you want to develop your legs you focus on that. Why should it be different with your tummy? Anyways, I can do with some encouragement and advice :)

@Slick
Doing stomach exercises will develop your muscles there just like anywhere else, the main problem is that it is still underneath the stomach fat and there is no 'targeted fat loss' routine, so you should continue eating at a caloric deficit and training then the stomach fat will eventually disappear.

I still have my love handles and stomach fat and I've lost 12kg and gained muscle mass since November last year.

My goal is to have an adonis belt :D

Patience is a virtue and I have none :(
