How much full cream milk should I be drinking (or should I allow myself)?

Also - what other beverage options are there?
I HATE black coffee and dislike coffee with milk and sugar too.

I guess I'm only really allowed water? Otherwise I'd be drinking 2l milk every day.

I would be careful about drinking too much milk as lactose is also a sugar

do you dislike coffee in general, what about tea?

Milk has lactose (sugar)... Try your coffee with straight cream :love:

I have tea sometimes with cream as well. Otherwise it's water with a squeeze of lemon and angostura bitters

I struggling with the fat though, eating more protein probably than I should as I have always disliked the texture of fat on steaks and chicken. So I struggle to get fat from the meat in.

Too much protein is not a good idea. Try slathering your food in butter, it's my favourite way to eat more fat! The other day I had a fillet steak with a half centimeter layer of butter on top that melted in - dellllicccious! :love:

okay, wow, Tim must be delighted :D

I usually have bacon and eggs, or omelettes, or frittata, fillings/toppings vary but a nice chaurico fried up is great with lots of cheese on top

the above washed down with a full fat coffee, yum

Thanks, so eggs are pretty much the base most days? Also, what do you mean by 'full fat coffee'?

Anybody make smoothies? Is there anything I can use to sweeten my coffee sometime? Used to having a spoonful of sugar and sometimes I miss that little bit of sweetness.
 
Don't add the sugar to your coffee!!!!

Keep drinking it without any sweet added, it will grow on you. Then a few weeks later try it with one sugar in and you will discover how vile coffee with added sugar is. :D

Oh and I make smoothies, berries (lots and lots of berries), apple, half banana, FF yoghurt and FF milk FTW

yep, eggs everyday

FFC = 2 tablespoons butter + 2 tablespoons coconut oil + 2 tablespoons MCT oil + 2 tablespoons cream all blended into a cup of coffee, I usually add xylitol to replace sugar
