Weight Loss Thread 2014

I`m guessing I should ramp up my energy consumption and modify my energy intake(low GI and whatnot)
do you people track it or something? do we share victories and sorrows? what about cookies & chocolates?

I'm in. Starting 6 Jan. From 104 to 90 under three months.
 
I'm in, you have my stats from last time, and after pics which are now before pics lol
 
You can definately count me in!!

I would really love having the 2014 version up and running!! Might even go buy a proper scale for this!!

I am 183cm in height and I am currently 108kg (used to be in the high 120's in the beginning of the year)

Want to make at least 85kg by November 2014

Oke so I have not been drinking. This is going to be hard.

All the temptations served up... malva pudding... chippies, ice cream , My legendary Pudding.
All the roasted potatoes, pastas and carbs that will be dished up

:) Keep strong guys. My biggest hurdle will be ( if the summer arrives ) saying no to a red square.
 
I am going to try really hard to avoid as much junk food as I can. It has being going well so far, but I do not want to gain more than 2 kilograms from the festive season.

I think we can start up from 15 Jan, everyone should be done with festivities by then,

15 January it is!! :D Can't wait for the MyBroadband Weight Loss 2014 Challenge!! :D
 
Do you have to stick to a eating plan to be in here? My plan is to eat what I want but instead of a car use a bicycle for everyday commuting. So far I've lost one pant size, in 2weeks - nfi how much weight, don't weigh myself.
