so my fat intake was roughly as follows:
- avo almost every day
- salad drenched with olive oil almost every day
- plain yoghurt in the mornings
- yesterday the bacon with lots of fat and eggs fried in left over bacon fat
- mashed cauliflower with about 100g of butter
- fat on steak(although it was quite a lean piece)
- half&half in coffee twice a day
- all other veggies made in butter
