Well things have been moving a bit slow for me, I havn't been eating so great lately but I will get on the program now...for real!! I did go to gym this morning, it felt awesome. I am now sitting on 87.4kg ....I want to break at least 82kg by the end of May.
I am on size 36 now for my shorts/jeans.....still on L....but I do think I could fit in medium. It is funny how everyone comes up to me and they saying, woah dude, you have lost a lot of weight....I don't seem to think so but hey
To date, I have lost a grand total of 38,6Kg.
Just a little derailment here, I am off sugar for good now. I enjoy my hot beverages with no sugar (coffee, tea). It is so funny, the one time I made use of half the contents of one sweetener stick, yoh my coffee was extremely sweet, I had to make another one
