The "zero carb" chocolate tasted k@k and I have thrown the second one I bought away. I didn't get the runs, but have been dropping darts a lot more than usual the last 24hrs. After reading more on their sweetner used, I have decided that Lindt 85% is my preferred treat and is 100% natural, not to mention the health benefits of dark chocolate.
Yeah Lindt 85% is also my go-to for a sweet treat. No clue what people are talking about when they say it's bitter.
How often do you guys eat some Lindt? I have been restricting myself to 2-4 blocks on weekend nights only.

The best all round cardio workout in a sitting position IMO is rowing - allows you to work out pretty much every muscle group. If the bike seat is uncomfortable, try and get yourself cycle-pants with extra padding.

I've heard that swimming is the best cardio.
