Weight loss

I have to disagree. It's processed rubbish with a few synthetic vitamins thrown in.

This is my exact mindset

:)

Chest good, arms good, stomach still my worst spot, although have a little more ab defenition.

Awesome!

It's a different story if you're using it as a basis for your diet.
But if you are eating futurelife over lets say toast, surely it's better?

I tend to disagree. At least with bread you could get yourself a loaf from a bakery, maybe even one that uses a stone ground flour. And you could smother it in a high quality butter teeming with natural goodness. There is no way you can compare real food with the horse **** that is futurelife. Your life will have NO future on that, infact the only goodness in futurelife is the profits they are raking in from people who do not know any better.

Hence my question.

As I mentioned, I'll have maybe a bowl a week, if that.
I was wondering if it was a valuable source of nutrients because I know that cereals are over processed and not worth much.
How about something like Nutri-K, All bran flakes?

I have an intense hatred for the garbage that is mass produced food. I am convinced it is destroying our future and causing the catastrophic chronic disease we see today. I would never eat a typical commercial boxed cereal if you paid me. If I was forced into eating a cereal I would choose a museli, but it would be one of the least processed ones, and not laden in sugar. But you won't find something truly good for you in the mass produced rubbish isle. You would need to go out of your way to source one, and be prepared to pay, because real food is typically more expensive than boxed sawdust.

I am just saying that it is a better option than other stuff like coco pops :p

I think coco pops is probably better for you than future life, but I would use it as a pudding and not a source of nutrition.

I will give the future life protein a bash. Will help me meet my rough quota of 125g protein a day .
