Weight loss

Great. Was just about to ask for instructions. Will try at home later tonight.
Won't be surprised if all I still feel is fat though :(
I assume the best time to try is in the am before eating anything?

Poke hard :D, when you try shouldnt matter, you're basically feeling the hardness under that fat - Although your top abdominals should have almost 0 fat over them

Holy crap. Lindt 85% only has 19g of carbs per 100g, of which only 14g of which is sugar. I can munch an entire slab and still stay under my 40g per day goal for today.

Then tomorrow I make a flourless chocolate cake with the second slab and some xylitol. Still looking for some liquid stevia.

Lindt 99% has 8g of carbs, of which 2g is sugar.
Lindt 90% has 14g of carbs, of which 7g is sugar.

I need to find a supplier of 90%.

The 90% is becoming a lot easier to find these days. Spar Pnp Woolworths all have.

Have you tasted liquid stevia before? I'd suggest you rather make a reduction of your own pee cause **** that stuff is disgusting. Our local pharmacy sells it though. But they do have quite a wide range of health foods, probably better than most places.

Then you've found one of those dodgy suppliers who dissolve the powder in water. Proper liquid stevia doesn't have the bitter, liquorice notes that the powder does. And yes, I have had it before. Also had a stevia plant at one point...

Must be that then because flip it was bad. I actually felt sick after tasting it. Like I was going to peg...
The only sweetener I like is xylitol. And sugar :p

I know right? I never even used to like chocolate that much, now I can snack on 90% when the mood strikes. The local Spar stocks it, not many other ones do.

I didn't know there was a 99%.

Hi everyone, I'm back from leave and managed not to go completely crazy on my mother's cooking while I was in Cape Town. Back to the grind stone!

What is your goal Jester? I'm going through something weird, my senses are screwing with me - Visually I look worse, but I feel far less fat when I poke various areas dafuq

I did buy the Mr Price once but it didnt work so I returned it....did not want to try another of their one.
Any other scales to look at?

I'm tempted to give back my new scale too. It's not working the way I want it to
