Weight loss

Well that was a GLORIOUS 6 hours of Carb Suicide (TM)

I managed:

black cherry yoghurt
2 slices of carrot cake
1 banana muffin
1 large chocolate chip cookie
1 packet of sweets
roast lamb and boiled potatoes
3 servings of sticky toffee pudding
2 glasses of milk and whey protein
15 grams of leucine powder to further spike insulin

A banging 15 000kj with 400 grams of carbs :D

Time to slip into a coma...

from 13.1% BF to 12.2% - very happy :D

Have I missed anything. I actually was in a bit of a carb induced coma - I am going to be really good from today. But alas I doubt I will be anywhere near proper abs come 9th December.

On the plus side after carbs, my muscles seem to swell up like balloons, I am not scientist but I am guessing this is glycogen related.

Arms and pecs looking good, starting to form veins om nom nom

I can see a little bit in the upper region now, but to be honest I only realized that after working them out inadvertently and wondering why the hell I was sore there!

I am down a kilo. And waist measurements are also down. But visually my belly looks just as large as ever :(

Lol no you don't win by default mister - depends who has the biggest "compisition change", although by BF% you are one of the leaders currently.

Depends if your phyical appearence reflects the figures.

I'm going through a weird saggy stage.
Clearly lost weight and cm but as mentioned what's left of my fat is hanging.
Not that it's noticeable to anyone but me.(I'm one of those ppl that always thinks I can loose more)

Wearing clothes I bought in Thailand 4 years ago that shrunk in the wash.
Even after shrinking the t-shirts actually fit me better than before.
Some t-shirts that always fitted me really nicely now look too big.

I'm going through a weird saggy stage.

I think we have ALL been through this, as fat cells empty, you feel like your skin is more squishy and mobile, especially around the waist, just keep going, you'll start firming up.

Happy to say that I have started to firm up around the stomach, only the area around my belly button still wobbles ominously

oh wow! I'm really excited about how my bodyfat levels are changing without me losing so much weight. This is by far my best dieting experience.

I have written mine a sternly worded letter.

I await a response, but I suspect it will be a whole load of grumbles and moans, as usual...
 
Sounds like you need a healthy dose of protein. Also sounds like you've been indulging in some serious sugar lately...
