you have the bigger challenge
right, so who wants a beating for lack of motivation...
I'll be getting a beating when i go jogging today...
I like the frys vegetarian products![]()
Get a beating in bed instead
So does anyone else struggle with being quite skinny but with a bit of a gut? So I'm battling to bulk up and lose fat at the same time.
I wish I didn't like beer and good good as much as I do.
I hope that wasn't your entire lunch? and BTW 90% Lindt is much better
Just because fat is better than carbs [Guess were heading to the Ketosis debate here] - doesn't mean its the best option.
Yeh I wasn't hungry, but I did just have an apple and will have some soup for supper after gym, so how much can you really eat.
TBH don't think I have seen Lindt 90% anywhere.
Woolies, bought a slab last night
so you've had a piece of chocolate, an apple and having soup, what else are you eating today?
I had a rice cracker with some avo and 4 dates after my 4km walk this morning, so thats it for today.
I am cooking an awesome chicken curry for the family so will get full from the smell![]()
so you're trying the starvation route?

Will go check woolies tomorrow, though my PNP had all Lindts for R20, woolies tend to be around R32
Starvation is bad. Your body will slow its metabolism right down. You'll battle to lose weight and you will put it back on very quickly when you start eating again.
