Weight loss

you have the bigger challenge

Tell me about it. I remember when I tried my weight gain eating plan. I used to feel sick from eating so much. Managed two days before calling it quits.

If it was meat no doubt I could have got away with less eating.

If only frigging Simba chips was an ideal food!

So does anyone else struggle with being quite skinny but with a bit of a gut? So I'm battling to bulk up and lose fat at the same time.

I wish I didn't like beer and good good as much as I do.

Also, I think you mean take a good "pounding" in bed and not a good "beating".

But either way we're being a nasty bunch.

Just because fat is better than carbs [Guess were heading to the Ketosis debate here] - doesn't mean its the best option.

I hope that wasn't your entire lunch? and BTW 90% Lindt is much better

Yeh I wasn't hungry, but I did just have an apple and will have some soup for supper after gym, so how much can you really eat.

TBH don't think I have seen Lindt 90% anywhere.

I never said it was the best option, just that it's better than potato chips, which in Shaun's case isn't valid anyway

Woolies, bought a slab last night

so you've had a piece of chocolate, an apple and having soup, what else are you eating today?

I had a rice cracker with some avo and 4 dates after my 4km walk this morning, so thats it for today.
I am cooking an awesome chicken curry for the family so will get full from the smell :)

Will go check woolies tomorrow, though my PNP had all Lindts for R20, woolies tend to be around R32

Trying to lose muscle instead of fat ? :p

Starvation is bad. Your body will slow its metabolism right down. You'll battle to lose weight and you will put it back on very quickly when you start eating again.

Indeed, I concur, that is not the way to go.

Just not hungry today, maybe after swimming later I will get peckish, that tends to wake up the appetite, but definitely not going to go hungry, I eat more than enuff healthy foods.
