Yes it is possible, but have you got the willpower ?
It will mean eating lots of salads, fruit, veggies, giving up most alcohol, margarine and fullcream milk, very little cheese, no white bread, no chicken skin, no fried chips or chops.
Less sugar in your tea and coffee, more water or if not water then pepsi max or light.
Additionally you will have to be more active, take stairs instead of lifts, put on some favourite dancing music and dance for at least 30 minutes at a time.
To start with:
Eat very little for 3 days in a row, this forces your appetite and stomach to adapt, then resume with smaller healthier meals and lots of activity.
Good luck, follow your own diet out of the food you normally have around, just cut out the greasy choices and eat less of the fatty/sugar stuff and eat less than normally.
Oh and do eat breakfast and try to have protein for breakfast:
- protein is compact food
- it helps regulate your mood
- it prevents sugar highs/lows
This is my personal tips and is not based on any diet or nutrionally correct system, but it works.
