Weird Iphone bug. Wont call one number.

I have a really weird issue. My Wife's Iphone can't call my Samsung any more. SMS and whats app are fine. When she tries to call me her phone beeps once and then says call failed.

I have checked the following:
I can call her fine, but she can't call me.
Both phones have no numbers blocked.
I have tried removing my contact from her phone.
This has been happening for the last week or so which is roughly the same time I installed the latest IOS on her phone.
Had a colleague on MTN call me (vodacom) so no problems there.
If my phone is on or off it makes no difference so I suspect it is related to her phone rather than mine.
She can call other numbers with no problems.

Since my beloved wife is 6 plus months pregnant she doesn't have a lot of patience and If I don't get it fixed soon it might become a big problem (or she will just stab me in the chest with a steak knife which will be less painful).

Does anyone have any idea what I can do to fix it?

Definitely sounds like you've blocked on her your phone. Double check your block list.. had the same issue once
 
Sounds a bit like my wife's Cell C issue of being able to access every site on Chrome except Facebook.

Hope you have better luck than me in fixing it.

srsly? did you even read his text?

What network is your wife on, I am assuming MTN? You've had someone try call you (MTN to VC). But you need to have your wife try call someone else on VC to complete your tests. Maybe she can't call all VC numbers?
