Weird Outlook Conflict view error

So when I get someone scheduling a meeting, the request looks weird. The conflict view (blue) part of the email, is like so thin/small/tiny, even though the canvas (red) is there for it to big/thick/large



can't figure out how to fix this.

Also had that once, can't remember how I fixed it. Did you try holding ctrl while scrolling the wheel on your mouse?

If all else fails you can also delete/rename the xml file in your outlook files folder under documents.
